Kim Jong Un threatens US again, says – North Korea will move forward with nuclear weapons and missiles

Pyongyang. North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is always in discussion all over the world for his dictatorship and stubbornness. The North Korean leader has once again targeted America with his statements. North Korea’s state media reported on Friday that Kim insisted his country would never give up nuclear weapons needed to counter the United States. He has accused the US of undermining the country’s security and eventually toppling his government.

According to a report by the news agency AP, Kim Jong Un gave a speech in the Parliament of North Korea on Thursday and during this he made this remark. Along with this, a law has also been passed in the North Korean Parliament. Members of Parliament have passed a law governing the use of nuclear weapons. Which Kim described as a step to strengthen and clarify the country’s nuclear position. He said that such weapons will not be bargained.

The law passed automatically gives the military the right to conduct nuclear strikes against enemy forces, if its leadership is attacked.

The growing regional tensions can be understood from these comments of Kim. Kim also criticized South Korea’s plans to expand its traditional capabilities and restart large-scale military exercises with the United States to counter growing threats.

Kim has threatened to escalate nuclear conflict to the United States and its allies in Asia. Along with this, it has also warned that North Korea will actively use its nuclear weapons if threatened. The North Korean leader’s comments underlined the growing hostility in the region. Kim is rapidly expanding his nuclear weapons and missile programs.

Kim has launched more than 30 ballistic weapons this year in weapons tests at a record pace, including the first demonstration of his intercontinental ballistic missiles since 2017. Kim is constantly testing ballistic weapons at sea.
